The North of England Dalmatian Club was founded at the Great Harewood Show in 1903 which makes it the oldest Dalmatian Club in the world. The Club holds seven Kennel Club licensed shows during the year which consist of a Championship show held in July, Opens shows held in March and October and also an Agility show and an Obedience show. During January the Club runs it's prestigious "Dalmatian of the Year" event followed by an evening Dinner dance. Four times a year the club also publishes it's award winning magazine "The Carriage Dog Chronicle"which is distributed to it's members. There are also various events run throughout the year of interest to everybody which include a fun day, various educational seminars and training events.
